What are the structural difficulties in bearing damage?

From the analysis of the damage condition of the bearing, it is found that the structure has the following problems:

1. What is the issue with the sealing. Especially, some bearing end caps must be infiltrated with lubricant. When the pH value of the lubricant is below 6, the bearings will be quickly corroded, and the steel balls cannot rotate normally, causing the imported bearings to rust and run away from the inner and outer rings. In severe cases, the rubber itself and the core rod may be damaged.

 

2. The problem of axial force in imported bearings. In addition to rusting and damage caused by lubricant invasion, bearings will continue to experience "loosening" conditions, where bearing steel balls fall from the "flower basket" onto the roller drum, causing serious damage to the surface of printing plate rollers, eraser rollers, glue, and other materials.

The general solution is to modify the adhesive itself and set a reliable sealing structure to prevent lubricant from infiltrating the bearing. Adjust the imported bearings to have appropriate side clearance and axial force, preventing damage to mechanical equipment caused by loose bearings.
