1) Dirt, foreign objects, sand particles or other pollutants enter the box.

Countermeasure: Clean the bearing box thoroughly and replace it with a new oil seal.

2) Water, acid, paint or other corrosive substances enter the bearing housing.

Countermeasure: Install a protective dust cover and improve the oil seal.

3) The holes inside the bearing box are not round, twisted and deformed, and the supporting surface is uneven.

Countermeasure: Check the bearing box, adjust the support surface, and adjust the gasket.

4) Small shaft diameter or loose locking sleeve.

Countermeasure: Check the shaft diameter, select the appropriate fitting amount, and re tighten the fixing sleeve.

5) Unbalanced load, large clearance between box holes, and outer ring slipping inside the box holes.

Countermeasure: Replace the bearing housing with a diameter that meets the design requirements.

6) Two or more bearings are coupled, resulting in axial straight line deviation and angular deviation.

Countermeasure: Adjust the gasket again to couple the axis on the same straight line.

7) Incorrect installation, hit the bearing directly with a hammer.

8) The bearing clearance is too large.

9) Equipment vibration.
