Ball bearings are mainly steel stamped wave-shaped ball bearings.
Ball bearings are common rolling bearings. They have a simple structure and are easy to use. The raceways of the inner and outer rings of a ball bearing are both arc-shaped grooves, with the groove radius slightly larger than the radius of the steel balls. Ball bearings are mainly designed to bear radial loads; however, when there is radial clearance in the bearing, they exhibit certain angular contact ball bearing characteristics and can bear both axial and radial component loads. When the speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, they can also be used to bear pure axial loads. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, these bearings have lower friction resistance and higher limit speed. However, they are not suitable for bearing heavy loads.

When the bearing housing hole and the shaft are misaligned by 8' to 16', the bearing can still work normally, but this will affect its service life. This type of bearing can be used to bear pure radial loads at relatively high speeds, so it is not a substitute for thrust ball bearings. Ball bearings usually use two-piece composite steel stamped cages, while large or high-speed bearings use solid cages. The cage of this ball bearing is guided by the balls, similar to a stamped cage. The cage of high-speed ball bearings is generally guided by the inner ring or outer ring rib. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, ball bearings have lower friction resistance, less vibration and noise, higher limit speed and higher precision. They are the preferred bearing type for users when selecting models. However, these bearings are not impact-resistant and are not suitable for bearing heavy loads.
Ball bearings are a common type of rolling bearings. A basic ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of bearing steel balls and a set of cages. There are two types of ball bearings: single-row and double-row. The cage structure is also divided into two types: sealed and open. Open-type refers to bearings without a sealing structure; sealed-type refers to bearings with a sealing structure. After the ball bearing is installed on the shaft, the axial displacement of the shaft or bearing housing can be limited within the range of the bearing's axial clearance, so axial positioning can be achieved in both directions. In addition, this type of bearing also has a certain degree of self-aligning ability. When it is misaligned by 2' to 10' relative to the bearing housing hole, it can still work normally, but this has a certain impact on the bearing life.
