Single-Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings​

Single-row angular contact ball bearings are characterized by raceways with high and low shoulders. These opposing raceways are designed to carry thrust loads in one direction. Bearings can be preloaded at the factory, ensuring the correct load is generated once the bearing is put into service. Bearings in this series are assembled with specific internal clearances, giving them a defined contact angle under load. The standard contact angle used is 30°, but in many cases, it can also be specified as 40°. We also offer special high-speed bearings equipped with phenolic resin cages and a 15° contact angle.​

Double-Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings​

Double-row angular contact ball bearings consist of one inner ring, one outer ring, and double raceways. The two rows of bearings are oriented such that their contact angles resemble a pair of single-row bearings mounted back-to-back. The 5200 and 5300 series feature a one-piece inner ring with double raceways, capable of carrying thrust loads in either direction. The 3200 and 3300 series are provided with filling slots; therefore, it is necessary to install them such that thrust loads act on the unnotched faces of the rings.​
