Bearings for plastic extruders are used in plastic extruders, and a key component of a plastic extruder is its drive mechanism. The drive mechanism controls the rotational speed of the screw, which in turn determines the output of the plastic extruder.

The required power is determined by the viscosity (flow resistance) of the polymer. The viscosity of the polymer depends on temperature and flow rate, and decreases as temperature and shear force increase. All plastic extruders are equipped with filters, which trap impurities on the filter surface.
To avoid downtime, the filter should be capable of automatic replacement. This is particularly important when processing resins containing impurities, such as recycled materials. The screw of an extruder is divided into three sections: the feeding section, the plasticizing section, and the melting section. The temperature is set according to the process parameters of the plastic pellets. In terms of model classification by screw diameter, common sizes include 20, 36, 52, 65, 75, 95, 120, and 135 (unit: mm).
After being heated, plastic pellets change their original state through the movement of the screw. There are many types of such processed plastics, depending on specific applications. The capacity of the frequency converter is proportional to the diameter of the screw, and can be adjusted according to the type of raw material used.
